Our FCCC Club Night guest for our 4th… ‘An Audience with… ‘ was the amazing Richard Prebble (National Champion)
It was an absolute pleasure to have Richard as our guest and have the chance to interview him live for our members.
A quick google search will show you just what an amazing National Time Trial Champion Richard was winning numerous titles in the 10, 25 and 50 mile championships during the 1990’s. Winning the 50 in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 and again in 1999.
He was the first ever to win the triple across all three distances too in 1995.
Even after an almost 8 year pause from racing he returned to reclaim his title in the National 100 in 2007 having first won it almost 10 years earlier.
