Riding for ‘Mind’ in Vietnam – Good Luck to Marissa 👍

Hello Everyone

Please join me in wishing Marissa Clark every success in her ride for Charity in Vietnam which starts tomorrow! 🙏

It’s been a long journey, interrupted several times by Covid, but Marissa is finally in Vietnam and about to start her cycle trek from Ho Chi Min City to Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

Luckily her first ever FCCC Club Ride on one of our Saturday Easy Trails this summer (that could have qualified as a DIRT trail) did not dissuade her from continuing with her goal. She joined another club ride a few weeks later (pictured below).

Despite having to move the start several times Marissa has been putting many hours into her training (either in her garage or out on local trails with her husband in Hawley Woods or on the roads in Yateley and Eversley and other surrounding areas).

380km on a mountain bike will be quite an achievement for any rider but especially for a new club rider. You can follow Marissa’s rides here.

Marissa will also be keeping a ride diary/blog which you can find at:

Good luck Marissa from all your friends at FCCC.
