It is with great pleasure that I write to inform you all that Dave and Phillip Hook today qualified as British Cycling Level 1 Coaches to help FCCC build the FCCC Flyers GoRide in 2023!
Dave and Phil joined the Club in the summer having participated at the GoRide sessions as parent and uncle to one of our FCCC Flyers.
They both were impressed by our Off-Road section at FCCC that they not only joined a few Easy Trails rides they immediately joined as full members in the summer of 2022.
As regular attendees to the club nights they have been enthusiastic members from the first time I met them.
Their enthusiasm for all things Mountain Bike is infectious and it is a true pleasure to have them on board willing to help children learn to ride with FCCC.
On behalf of FCCC may I thank them for their support, enthusiasm and encouragement and willingness to help our FCCC Flyers programme.
I’m delighted to witness your journey at FCCC from its inception this year.
