Notice is hereby given to all members of the Farnborough and Camberley Cycling Club that our
Annual General Meeting
will be held on Friday 25th February 2022 at 19.45
at All Saints’ Church Hall
Chapel Lane, Hawley GU14 9EW
Nominations for election of officers, and any specific proposals you wish to be discussed, should be sent by email to the General Secretary, Carl White, no later than Friday 4th February 2022.

Your committee needs you
A healthy club committee needs constant refreshment with new members and ideas to keep it responsive to members’ current needs.
We recognise it’s difficult to volunteer for roles without knowing what’s involved which is why we have a “Members Without Portfolio” category with which we can co-opt any number of volunteers onto the committee. These carry no specific responsibilities other than to contribute to committee discussions and decisions and is an ideal way to see how the club is run.
Obviously, we hope that some of these will in turn lead to taking on specific roles and so alleviate the workload of those committee members who have ended up with multiple roles because of a lack of volunteers in the past.
Please let us know whether you would be interested in taking over an existing role or coming on board as a Member Without Portfolio.
Each nomination requires a proposer and seconder for appointments at the AGM but we can assist in providing this if needed.
We very much look forward to receiving your nominations which must reach us by Friday 4th February 2022.
