Unless otherwise stated, all rides start from Speedys, West Heath Roundabout, Cove.
Sunday rides all start at 9am, Saturday rides at 9.45am and winter evening chaingangs at 7pm with various joining points later. Distance and destination are subject to change - due to weather for example.
The attached spreadsheet lists for the Sunday road rides a summary of destinations, distances and an indication of the amount of climbing.
