The last mountain bike orienteering event of this year's Gorrick TrailTrax Series takes place on Sunday 18 September at Tilford, south of Farnham in Surrey. The event is based at the Institute on the Green at Tilford, which gives access, in all directions, to some of the best free draining riding in the whole area, and has a nice pub directly opposite.
Online pre-entry will remain open until Tuesday 13th September or you can just turn up and enter on the day. Prizes courtesy of Mountain Trax will be available and there will be Series trophies as well. The prize giving takes place at 1.45 pm.
The venue is open from 8.30 until 10.45 am for registration and collection of your pre-marked map Start times for the 180 minute schedule are from 8.45 until 10.15 am and for the 120 schedule are from 10.00 until 11.00 am. There will be complimentary juice early on, then hot drinks and cakes on sale later on. Further information is on the Gorrick website.
