NEW AND RETURNING CYCLISTS COACHING AND TRAINING AFTERNOON
SATURDAY, 9th July 2011, 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM AT HILLINGDON CYCLE CIRCUIT
Minet Park, Springfield Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 0LF
A cycle coaching and training session for new and returning cyclists who want to take part in sportives, circuit or road races, or time trials. The session will cover relevant cycling techniques, bike position, clothing and equipment, preparation for events. Coaching by British Cycling Qualified Coaches
Light refreshments available. Helmets must be worn. Fee £20
(A limited number of places are available for younger riders 14 years plus at £15)
