Farnborough & Camberley Cycling Club

Meade Hall (the function room at the Crown and Cushion) Minley has been chosen as the venue for the event, so please put the date in your diary. The date has been moved from November for two reasons; it is both difficult and potentially more expensive to book pre-Christmas than afterwards, and it was felt that a pre-season event would be generally welcomed.

Meade Hall can seat up to 150, with the central area being perfect for 60+ people plus a presentation area. The meal will comprise a hog roast (there will be a vegetarian option too) with a choice of two sweets and tea/coffee, all provided as a buffet. We will have sole use of the facility, which has it's own entrance, bar (which will be permanently manned by two people) and toilets. There is adequate car parking. The cost per person (subsidised by the club) will be £20 per person.
