 Then come to a presentation on 'Fitness Training for Cyclists' hosted by Farnborough and Camberley Cycling Club, 8:30pm - 9:00pm on Friday 7th January at All Saints Hall, Chapel Lane, Hawley, Farnborough, GU14 9BL.

 Cycling-related fitness training provides a solid foundation for performing throughout the year and reduces the risk of injury.

 This presentation will look at the requirements and principles of training for

• Strength 
• Endurance
• Flexibility
• Cardio-Vascular ability 
• Body composition
• Nutrition

for the cyclist wishing to improve their abilities during the coming year.

 The frequency, intensity, times and types of training appropriate to the time of year and types of cycling will be included.

 Attendees will be able to leave with a framework into which they can start to map out their individual training plans.
